Lisa:
I'm so glad to have you as a reader and appreciate that you're enjoying this site. I was kind of hesitating with posting it as I did on a number of discussion forums on Linkedin, but I figured I would find out soon enough if people liked or not. With that being said, you are more than welcome to pick my brain about how to go about starting your site. I understand what you mean by being a person of color, but what I've come to realize is that I do not believe that is what is holding me back. They really don't know who I am until I walk in the door and of the two interviews I've been on, they've been great. However, there are too few of us out there and I would also like to see a stronger growth in this area. Things are always changing and evolving, so do not let that be a barrier for you. You stand on your strengths and capabilities, and that will shine through no matter what! Since I have your email address I'll send you an email from my personal address and we can set up a time to talk, maybe if you're on Facebook, or on an instant messaging platform, or by another suitable manner, we can discuss your questions.

With respect to the FKQ position, definitely feel free to pass that my way. I would be interested in knowing about any potential positions. I know they're in clearwater and am willing to relocate for the right position! Keep <a href="http://www.runningwithoutcondition.com" rel="nofollow">running without condition!

Great website. Love the concept. (was directed here from a dicussion you posted on LinkedIn)

Sorry I'm typing in crypt. Just trying to drop a few lines before running out.

I too am in advertising and not that it matters, but I too am a person of color... i guess it matters some because there are so few of us in this biz.

Have some thoughts on making your site come a live. And would like to pick your brain on initiating something like this for myself.

Feel free to drop a line my way if you're open to sharing ideas about our work search. Also, if I come across something you might be interested in, I'll send it your way. Btw, a recruiter called me about a job in FL at FKQ. Salary was too low for me to up a relocate for, but entertainable should it been in my area. if you're interested, let me know.

Good luck with your search. Sending wishes of good will, consideration and open doors your way...
